9 STEPS TO RENT AN APARTMENT IN HO CHI MINH CITY- VIETNAM
Step 1 - Choosing 1- 3 options fit your demand on our website then send ID or links to us.
Step 2 - Visreal Team will arrange these options and open options avaiblable on market for visiting.
Step 3 - Visting apartments 24/7 with us from Monday – Sunday.
Step 4 - List 2-3 options what you like then we will work with owners about the final price and suggest furnitures from your sides.
Step 5 - Visreal will suggest good option for you through deal with landlords, then you will choice the last option for you & your family.
Step 6 - Making a draft contract and sign by 3 Parties: Your- Visreal- Landlord. After agreement the draft contract, you should have to pay amount is 1 month deposit to lock the apartment, and make sure the landlord will keep it for you until you move in.
Note: The deposit is also considered of the bond after signing leasing contract with the landlord on the move in.
Step 7 - Visreal and landlord will arrange and prepare apartment as clean and fix something in the apartment, it will be ready before you move in
Step 8 - Hand-over the apartment to you
Notes:
- The apartment only handover after the client pay 2 months deposit and 1 month rental fee in advance ( minus the deposit to lock the apartment before).
- The landlord will give keys and cards to you when the contract start date or agreement date.
